Sigma Phi Rho Fraternity, Incorporated in conjunction with Black and Missing Foundation, Inc. will host a missing person awareness and personal safety workshop.

What: Sigma Phi Rho Fraternity, Incorporated have partnered with Black and Missing Foundation, Inc. to host a missing persons and personal safety workshop in Harlem, New York.

The purpose of this workshop is to bring awareness about missing persons of color in the minority community, and to educate the minority community on personal safety.

The lectures will be given by experienced law enforcement officers that are experts in the fields of Missing Persons and Special Victims. During the workshop, parents will receive a child safety kit, which will consist of a high quality photograph of their child, along with a set of their child fingerprints. These items are essential when a person is missing.

When: Friday, October 12, 2012. The Minisink Town House, 646 Malcolm X Blvd, New York, NY – 7pm to 9 pm
